Instructions:
Step One: Fill the outer tube with air
Step Two: Fill the inner section with water. Add 100ml of vinegar to keep water clear. Lay the mat down and press as much of the air out as possible to avoid air bubbles.
Step Three: Have some tummy time fun!
It is recommended to change water every 2 weeks
